This Saturday I had the opportunity to stop by Courtnay The Poet’s “Erotic Poetry Show.” This was a special show as it was also her birthday. If there is one thing I can count on from my friend, it’s a good party and someone guaranteed to dumb out, and it’s usually her. Hundreds of people came out to wish Charleston’s poetic daughter a happy birthday. Her birthday served as the poetic end of Blue Magic as well. Tonight would be it’s last. Still partygoers celebrated this final hoorah with fun grace and style. Here’s to happy birthdays and bittersweet endings.
